- Working principle: Through the rotation of the screw, the rubber material is sheared, plasticized and kneaded, so that it is evenly and continuously conveyed to the die under a certain pressure, and extruded into a rubber product with a specific cross-sectional shape at the die. During the forward movement of the rubber along the screw, due to mechanical and thermal effects, the viscosity and plasticity of the rubber change and become a viscous fluid.
